Gangotri Inorganic Private Limited is a fine Manufacturer and Exporter of high-quality calcium, magnesium based various excipients products for pharma, food, nutraceutical  and various different industries. The challenge

1. Follow up on the Provided Quotes :- Capture the sales related discussion and trigger auto email for Quotes reminders.

  • Without a system to document call, task or meetings related discussions, valuable customer insights and next steps might be lost, leading to missed opportunities and potentially dissatisfied customers. Juggling manual note-taking and setting reminders can be time-consuming and inefficient.


Consequence:

  • Inconsistent call logging hinders effective customer relationship management. Incomplete or missing details can lead to confusion and delays in addressing customer needs. Sales Reps might spend extra time recreating notes or struggling to recall what was discussed.


Solution:

  • Strateworks has implemented workflow rules in Zoho CRM App. It was configured in such a manner that an auto email notification was set for quotes module based on the date field. Using this, Quotes can be filtered out and converted into sales effectively without missing crucial activity. This timely reminder serves as a gentle nudge to the Sales Reps to review the quote and take proper action, such as acceptance, negotiation, or placing an order for the business. This proactive approach helps ensure clients don’t miss the deadline and keeps your quotes top-of-mind, ultimately boosting client engagement and minimizing the chances of lost sales.


2. Auto Task Generation & Notifications to Sales Reps for follow-up in Zoho CRM App & on Mail.

  • Users might miss scheduled follow-up calls, tasks & meetings or forget to take action on them.

Consequence:

  • Missed follow-ups can lead to: Delays in closing deals, weakens customer relationships & reduced sales efficiency.


Solution:

  • Using Zoho CRM blueprints & workflow rules, the Sales Reps tasks generation & reminders as per due date were automated. This has saved the time for such critical task’s entries from Sales Reps. 


3. Exhibition Management & Lead Capturing from Visiting Cards

  • Manually entering the lead details from business card data into Zoho CRM App can be time-consuming and error-prone. Without a system, business cards might get lost or misplaced, leading to missed opportunities.


Consequence:

  • Inconsistent data entry can create inaccurate or incomplete records in Zoho CRM.

  • Difficulty in following up with potential leads or reconnecting with past contacts.

  • Wasted time searching for misplaced business cards.


Solution:

  • Zoho CRM can be your one-stop solution for managing exhibition & leads. Card Scanner App from Zoho Corp was implemented and integrated with Zoho CRM. Sales Reps & Marketing team life became easy as they just needed to scan or take photos of the Visiting Card and need to save it. Upon single click data can be pushed to Zoho CRM’s Leads Module. This centralised data, improved accuracy, and saved time, allowing you to nurture leads and convert exhibition interactions into sales opportunities.


4. How can we get different types of reports for sales boost from Zoho CRM.

  • Without data-driven insights, it was difficult to identify trends, track progress, or measure the effectiveness of sales efforts.


Consequence:

  • Sales teams might be working inefficiently or focusing on unproductive activities.

  • Missed opportunities due to a lack of understanding of customer behaviour or sales pipeline bottlenecks. Difficulty in making informed decisions about resource allocation and sales strategies


Solution:

  • The client requirements were understood and designed with various reports & analytics in Zoho CRM such as sales pipeline, activity levels, win/loss reasons, and individual/team performances. 5. Require custom auto number generation in Quotes & Sales Order Number Field.

  • Without a unique data field or number, it was difficult to identify or search the exact records from the bulk records in any system. 


Consequence:

  • Sales teams might end up with searching all results leading to delay in response to clients.


Solution:

  • Auto numbering fields were added  and customized with Prefix & Suffix as per the client requirement in Quotes & Sales Order modules in Zoho CRM. This helped to map their specific Quote Nos with Zoho CRM’s Quotes and linked them effectively. Also adding the delivery terms specific fields in the Quotes module, so that it can be used separately for each client as per their terms and conditions.


6. Need to enhance the Zoho CRM Experience and use extensive features.

  • Zoho CRM App implementation done two years ago but not utilizing all features of Zoho CRM App.


Consequence:

  • Not getting enough ROI from the investment in software projects


Solution:

  • Having implemented advanced features such as blueprints, workflow rules automation, validation rules, layout rules, Cadences for follow ups, Sub Forms for proper Samples Management etc. Collected the deeper understanding of the current modules which were used by the company and revamped implementation to increase Zoho CRM usage and enhance ROI on software investment significantly.
